**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to international healthcare services
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with process requirements and maintain quality standards
- Document call information and maintain records as per standard operating procedures

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months in an International Healthcare Voice Process (mandatory)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- **Shift**: Night Shift Only (mandatory)

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand) per month
