Job Title: Sales Telecaller with IndiaMART Experience

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Telecaller with expertise in utilizing IndiaMART to join our team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize IndiaMART platform to identify and connect with potential clients in the target market.

2. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up efforts.

4. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our offerings.

5. Present product/service demonstrations over the phone to showcase features and benefits.

6. Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches and share market insights.

8. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.

9. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Telecaller or similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.

2. Demonstrated proficiency in using IndiaMART platform for lead generation and client engagement.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
