As a Sales Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our products and services. Your primary goal is to generate sales leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the company's growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Initiate calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services and assessing their needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client requirements.
- **Product Presentation**: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Any Graduate.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
