**3. Social Media Advertising**: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach specific business objectives, such as lead generation, website traffic, and sales conversion.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics regularly, providing insightful reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

**5. Social Listening**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.

**6. Collaboration**: Work closely with the content team, design team, and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

**7.** **Innovative Strategies**: Continuously research and explore emerging social media platforms, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into our social media strategy.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

2. Proficiency in using major social media platforms and social media management tools.

3. Solid understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit various platforms and audiences.

5. Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content, storytelling, and campaign ideas.

6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
