**Social Media Marketer**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning new things in the digital world and wants to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. As a Social Media Intern at AeroBay, you will support our efforts to engage with school principals, heads, and directors, showcasing the transformative impact of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, and Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
