**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Social Media Marketing Executive** to lead and optimize our social media efforts. This role involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing Strategy**: Design and execute targeted SMM strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- **Content Marketing**: Create and curate compelling posts, stories, and videos customized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and evaluate key metrics, providing actionable insights to refine campaigns.
- **Community Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships by actively engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and posts.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay informed about the latest social media marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep strategies effective and relevant.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
- In-depth understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
- Proficiency in social media and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent creative writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
