**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (SMM)**

As a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to our website or platforms. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to create compelling content and manage our social media presence across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and track performance using tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and new features on social media platforms.
- Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,639.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,383.43 - ₹22,773.93 per month
