As an SMO Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of our social media strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, optimize our social media channels, and analyze the performance of our campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Help develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and potential opportunities.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
