We're Hiring: Sr. Social Media Executive

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to amplify brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging posts, videos, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Video Skills: Be camera-friendly and comfortable creating/appearing in videos; video editing experience is a plus.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, nurture online communities, and respond promptly.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, SEO, and design teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of social trends, video content creation, paid ads, and content strategy.
  • Comfortable creating or appearing in videos (camera-friendly).
  • Creative with the ability to craft unique, on-brand posts that engage audiences.
  • Analytics-savvy and confident in measuring results and optimizing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or video editing software.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
