**Social Media Marketing Executive**:
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, graphics).
- Manage daily operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance for ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism and Mass communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with content management tools and social media scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Video editing skills for reels/shorts. Tools like Filmora, Cap-Cut, InShot etc.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
