We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Social Media Intern with a keen interest in digital marketing and social media trends. This position offers hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and using AI tools to enhance content and strategies. You will play an integral role in driving engagement, content creation, and overall growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Design**: Use **Canva** to design eye-catching social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- **Platform Strategy**: Understand the **differences between LinkedIn, Instagram, and X**, and tailor content and engagement strategies for each platform.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Actively **comment**, **engage**, and **send DMs** to foster community interaction and build relationships with followers.
- **Social Media Algorithms**: Utilize your understanding of **social media algorithms** to create content that performs well across various platforms.
- **AI Tools**: Leverage tools like **ChatGPT** and **Gemini** to generate content ideas, captions, and optimize workflow.
- **SEO & Digital Marketing**: Assist with SEO-related topics and digital marketing strategies to boost the visibility of social media content.
- **Analytics**: Help track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of posts and engagement.
- **Content Planning**: Assist in developing and scheduling posts, and help plan social media campaigns to align with marketing goals.
- **Communication**: Maintain a **high level of communication**, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and professional across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of **Canva** for content creation.
- Familiarity with the **social media algorithms** of LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Basic understanding of **AI tools** like **ChatGPT** and **Gemini** for content and strategy support.
- Knowledge of **SEO** topics and experience with digital marketing practices.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**; ability to engage with audiences effectively.
- Ability to create engaging and thoughtful **comments**, **direct messages**, and **posts** that resonate with different audiences.
- Smart, creative, and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong writing and speaking skills are a must, ensuring you can communicate clearly and persuasively across various formats.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
