**Key Responsibilities**

Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging and on-brand content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube etc.

Help brainstorm and execute new social media campaigns.

Write captions, select hashtags, and create social media copy that aligns with the brand's tone and goals.

**Community Engagement**:
Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build community and increase brand visibility.

Handle direct messages, inquiries, and interact with followers to provide information or redirect inquiries to the appropriate team member.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, impressions) using social media analytics tools.

Assist in preparing weekly or monthly reports that show growth, engagement, and performance of posts.

Use data insights to recommend ways to optimize content and engagement strategies.

**Research and Trends**:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.

Conduct research on competitors, audience preferences, and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.

**Scheduling and Posting**:
Use social media management tools to schedule and post content across platforms.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure posts go live as planned and align with the brand's overall marketing strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Creativity and Writing Skills for drafting engaging posts and captions.

Attention to Detail to ensure brand guidelines and voice are followed consistently.

Analytical Mindset for interpreting data and understanding audience behavior.

Familiarity with Design Tools like Canva or basic Photoshop skills is a plus.

Basic Knowledge of Marketing Concepts or studying marketing, communications, or a related field.
