**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in handling company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) across platforms.
- Monitor trends and suggest creative strategies to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to enhance brand presence.

**Online Reputation Management (ORM)**:

- Track and monitor online reviews, ratings, and brand mentions on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trust pilot.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a professional manner.
- Address negative feedback and work on reputation-building strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve brand perception online.

**Content Creation & Analytics**:

- Assist in developing content strategies to improve audience engagement.
- Analyze social media and ORM performance metrics and generate reports.
- Research and suggest new ideas to boost brand awareness.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of ORM tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
