**Role Description**: This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketer at Zobox Retails Private Limited. The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating and running SMA and PPC campaigns, analyzing social media data and making recommendations to enhance the brand's social media presence.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Work with copywriters and designers to create and publish shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media metrics to optimize future performance and engage in relevant social discussions, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Run PPC and SMA Campaigns.
- Assist in designing digital strategies and stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, laws, and best practices.
- Respond to and engage with user comments and messages.

**Qualifications**:

- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
- Have sound knowledge of SMA and PPC.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior and should be skilled in developing and implementing content strategies for brand communication effectively.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Public Relations skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
