In this role, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging. You will also create engaging and relevant content to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and enhance our online presence. **Key Responsibilities:Social Media Marketing**: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. - Create and schedule social media posts, including images, captions, and hashtags. - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms. - Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. - Stay updated on trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing. - Coordinate with the design team to create engaging visuals for posts. - Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social media campaigns. **Content Writing**: - Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. - Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging. - Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency. - Research and write articles, product descriptions, and other forms of written content as needed. - Develop long-form and short-form content that drives engagement and increases conversion rates. **Content Strategy and Optimization**: - Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop content calendars and editorial plans. - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach. - Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and engagement data to optimize content strategies. - Stay on top of industry news, trends, and competitor content to generate fresh ideas. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and content writing. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different tones and voices. - Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. - Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus. **Preferred Skills**: - Experience in video content creation or editing. - Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
