3. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Make outbound calls to customers.

7. Handle inbound customer inquiries.

8. Should have experience in Zendesk IVR, Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.

Pay: From ₹150,059.00 per year
