We are looking for a Desktop & Technical Support Specialist to provide fast and effective support to our team. As an IT Help Desk Technician, your role is to diagnose and resolve all the issues our team are facing and providing them solutions as early as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the nature of the issues users are facing and provide adequate solutions for the same.
- Determine potential issues and get them resolved beforehand.
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field.
- 1+ years working as a help desk specialist.
- Proven experience of working as an IT Help Desk Technician or Help Desk Specialist or relevant role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Should be a patient listener.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
