Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the paint and other industries. Utilize various resources including online platforms, industry publications, and networking events to generate leads.

Cold Calling: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling campaigns. Effectively communicate our company's products and services, aiming to generate interest and secure appointments.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients. Understand their specific needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals. Provide ongoing support and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategic sales plans for the paint and other industries. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products and services, effectively demonstrating value propositions.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress. Follow up on leads regularly, ensuring timely progression through the sales funnel.

Achievement of Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or surpassing sales targets set by the company. Develop action plans and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation within the paint and other industries.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the paint and related sectors. Utilize this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the paint or related industries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
