**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and write news articles, interviews, and feature stories related to the manufacturing sector.
- Develop in-depth content covering automation, sustainability, productivity, and emerging technologies in industry.
- Identify and pitch relevant story ideas aligned with the editorial calendar.
- Conduct interviews with professionals, thought leaders, and company executives in the manufacturing domain.
- Attend press events, conferences, and expos (virtual or in-person) to gather information and generate content.
- Collaborate with editors, photographers, and designers to ensure articles are accurate, well-presented, and timely.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new policies, and innovations affecting the manufacturing landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in journalism, technical writing, or industrial publications.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
- Interest in and basic understanding of manufacturing trends like Industry 4.0, IoT, robotics, lean manufacturing, etc.
- Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple assignments.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Google Docs, and social media platforms is a plus.
