Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for real estate-related articles, reports, and features. Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality editorial content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

2. Research & Analysis: Research real estate trends and provide analysis for professionals and investors.

3. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor editorial team; manage assignments, workflows, and deadlines.

4. Editorial Oversight: Edit content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment; fact-check real estate information.

5. Industry Networking & Interviews: Build industry connections and create feature stories on key players and projects.

6. Editorial Calendar Management: Plan and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of market reports, industry news, government regulations, and emerging trends.

7. Multimedia Integration: Collaborate with videography, photography, and design teams to enhance articles with images, videos, and infographics.

8. Crisis Communication & Public Relations: Cover sensitive real estate issues with balanced, informative reporting.

9. Stay Updated on Market Developments: Track and report real estate developments and policy updates.

10. Content Optimization & SEO: Optimize content for SEO and use analytics to boost engagement.

11. Collaboration with Marketing & PR: Collaborate with marketing and PR to align content with brand messaging.

12. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients and stakeholders to support sponsored content and brand campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experienced in real estate journalism and market trends.
Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment.
Skilled in leading teams and managing content.
Knowledge of SEO, digital strategy, and analytics.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
