Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations for our manufacturing facility in the Bangalore Urban district, in an on-site role. Responsibilities include overseeing production activities, implementing effective production plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead teams, optimize production workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including staff management and performance monitoring
  • Expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to ensure efficient workflows
  • Experience with Quality Control Standards and processes to maintain product excellence
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production setup
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in manufacturing, operations, or a related field is preferred
