Position Overview: The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our artisanal syrups. This role requires hands-on coordination, team leadership, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Home Science, or Hotel Management and bring a proactive approach to production management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety protocols. Lead and support the production team, providing training, coaching, and performance management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending process improvements to optimize efficiency. Maintain production documentation, reports, and batch records for traceability and audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics for seamless operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Home Science, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production or manufacturing supervisory role. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Strong organizational and team leadership skills. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Based in Hoodi, Bangalore or willing to relocate. Why Join Swa?
