We cover smart manufacturing, industrial automation, sustainability, supply chain optimization, factory floor innovations, and more. Our readership includes industry leaders, engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers across the manufacturing ecosystem.

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage editorial content for print and digital editions in alignment with publishing schedules and industry events.
- Research, write, and edit original articles, features, interviews, and news pieces related to manufacturing technologies and practices.
- Review and edit submissions for clarity, grammar, tone, technical accuracy, and relevance.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is presented in a visually compelling and reader-friendly format.
- Maintain editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of each issue.
- Conduct interviews with industry leaders, engineers, and innovators.
- Ensure consistency of voice and adherence to brand/editorial guidelines.
- Stay up to date with current manufacturing trends, technologies, and policy developments to guide content direction.
- Represent the magazine at trade shows, industry events, and conferences, when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an editor or senior writer in B2B publishing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial domains.
- Excellent editing, writing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies such as Industry 4.0, lean manufacturing, supply chain, automation, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors in a fast-paced publishing environment.
- Familiarity with editorial tools (e.g., WordPress, InDesign, Grammarly, CMS platforms).
- Strong network in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
