Provide technical support for hardware, software, internet and network issues across departments.

Install, configure, monitor and maintain IT systems, software’s, Anti-virus, printers, laptops & workstations

Implement and enforce data security measures, including two-factor authentication and secure password policies.
- Prevent unauthorized data transfer and report suspicious activities such as data theft or identity mismatches.
- Suggest improvements in IT workflows and processes.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and software licenses.
- Ensure regular data backups and adherence to IT security protocols.
- Install, configure, and upgrade server hardware, software maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for IT support, repairs, and procurement
- Install, configure, and maintain EPABX systems/Landlines/mobiles
- Collaborate with external vendors for CCTV installation, support, repairs, procurement, and upgrades
- Install, configure, maintain & regular back up of BUSY software

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

2. Strong proficiency in trouble shooting hardware and software issues.

3. Familiarity with system installations like laptop installations.

4. Knowledge of installing different operating systems-Windows, macOS, Linux.

5. Must understand digital security tools like two factor authentication etc.

6. Must understand Cloud Security tools.

7. Knowledge of data back-ups, cloud drive handling is a big plus.

8. Knowledge of latest hardware, software, and networking tools in the market.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT inventory management tools or Excel.

**Qualification**
- Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Ability to communicate to non-technical staff on the thought and process behind the technical issues that have taken place.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems quickly and judiciously.
- Ability to communicate cyber security practices to the management in order to get approvals in time.
- Present effectively on the current situation of security infrastructure in the organization.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Can resolve conflict when it comes to data downtime, maintenance issues that can arise in the factory from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
