**Job Title: Sales Officer**

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Implement sales strategies to expand market presence and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market insights.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability at all retail counters.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Strong network with distributors, retailers, and beauty product dealers in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas.
