**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads, pitch products/services, and close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights.
- Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [Industry Type - e.g., FMCG, Tech, Real Estate, etc.].
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
