*Job Title:* Business Development Executive & Sales Executive - IT Services and Tilesview Software (Overseas Market)

*Location:* Rajkot, Gujarat

*Role Summary:*

We are looking for dynamic Business Development and Sales Executives to drive international growth for our IT services and Tilesview software. Your key mission will be to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and build relationships that foster business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and engage new prospects in the overseas market for IT services and Tilesview.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market reach and client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
- Maintain an updated CRM for tracking and reporting.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in software/IT.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
