Job Summary:
As a Verbal/Soft Skills/Aptitude/Communication Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs that enhance the verbal, soft skills, aptitude, and communication abilities of our clients. You will work closely with individuals and groups to assess their needs, develop customized training plans, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. Through your expertise, you will contribute to the development of confident and effective communicators with strong soft skills and aptitude.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in verbal, soft skills, aptitude, and communication abilities.

Design, develop, and customize training programs that align with the specific needs and objectives of clients.

Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support the training programs.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in both group and individual settings.

Incorporate a variety of training methodologies and techniques, such as role-playing, group discussions, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes.

Assess and evaluate the progress and performance of participants during and after training sessions.

Provide constructive feedback to participants and offer strategies for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to verbal, soft skills, aptitude, and communication training.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback.

Maintain a positive and professional training environment that encourages active participation and engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Psychology, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, specifically in verbal, soft skills, aptitude, or communication training.

Strong knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication techniques and theories.

Familiarity with various soft skills, such as leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and time management.

Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with participants.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to assess training needs, analyze data, and develop effective training plans.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire individuals.

Familiarity with online training platforms and tools is a plus.

Relevant certifications in training and development are desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,539.73 - ₹29,659.67 per month
