This role requires **expertise in aptitude testing, effective communication, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their career goals**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Development**:

- Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments focused on aptitude tests, including **quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability**.

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and mock tests to prepare students or employees for various aptitude assessments and competitive exams.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and administer practice tests to evaluate trainee progress.
- Analyze performance data to refine training methods and materials.

**Resource Management**:

- Develop and maintain a repository of aptitude training resources, including practice questions, test strategies, and reference materials.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Training & Placement team to align training programs with placement requirements and industry standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in aptitude testing and training methodologies.
- Regularly review and enhance training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

**Feedback and Reporting**:

- Collect feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide detailed reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training or aptitude testing are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **3 years** as an aptitude trainer or in a similar role, with proven training outcomes.
- **Mandatory**:CAT percentile of 95 or above**.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficient in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees, adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.

- Passion for education and personal development.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
