FACE Prep seeks an **Experienced Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer **to deliver impactful training sessions. The trainer will work closely with students or professionals to improve their problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and employability. Looking for **Immediate Joiners**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on aptitude topics such as quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Facilitate soft skills training, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Design and develop engaging course material and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
- Provide personalised feedback and support to trainees to ensure their continuous improvement.
- Monitor trainee progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum **3+ years** of experience in aptitude and soft skills training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven **experience** in aptitude and soft skills training.
- Must have own laptop.

**Location**:Visakhapatnam
