Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills & English Trainer, based in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves conducting interactive language and communication training sessions, designing engaging lesson plans, and guiding learners toward improved fluency, confidence, and professional effectiveness.

The trainer will also be responsible for developing training materials, mentoring learners, and delivering impactful sessions on communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsiblites

  • Conduct English language and soft skills training sessions in classroom and workshop formats.
  • Design and deliver lesson plans, writing exercises, and interactive learning modules.
  • Evaluate learners' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Facilitate sessions on interview skills, group discussions, and workplace communication.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators and placement teams to ensure training outcomes align with employability goals.
  • Continuously enhance training methodologies and introduce innovative learning techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in English Teaching, Language Training, or Soft Skills Coaching.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in educational content creation and lesson plan development.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in conducting training programs, workshops, or classroom sessions.
  • Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm to work with learners of varying proficiency levels.
  • Passionate about mentoring and helping students enhance their communication confidence.
