**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees at our Noida site.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics including communication skills, conflict resolution, leadership development, and teamwork.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance evaluations, and other metrics.
- Collaborate with department managers and HR professionals to identify training needs and design targeted interventions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant methodologies into training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees seeking to improve specific soft skills.
- Create and maintain training materials, resources, and assessments to support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Monitor and track the progress of employees participating in soft skills training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
- Proficiency in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
