**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Soft Skills Trainer** to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance the interpersonal and professional skills of our employees/students/participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, presentation, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and conflict resolution.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with managers or participants.
- Design and customize training modules, activities, and content based on the target audience.
- Use innovative teaching methods including role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and one-on-one guidance to participants when required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities.
- Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and professional levels.
- Certification in training & development (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
