**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Development**: Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments focused on aptitude tests, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and mock tests to prepare students or employees for various aptitude assessments and competitive exams.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create and administer practice tests and assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees. Analyze performance data to refine training methods and materials.
- **Resource Management**: Develop and maintain a repository of aptitude training resources, including practice questions, test strategies, and reference materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Training & Placement team to align training programs with placement requirements and industry standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest trends in aptitude testing and training methodologies. Regularly review and enhance training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide detailed reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training or aptitude testing are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aptitude trainer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful training outcomes.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of aptitude test formats, question types, and solving techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficient in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
