We are currently expanding our training team and seeking a passionate and experienced **Reasoning, Aptitude, and Gaming Skills Trainer** to join us on a freelance basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct classroom training sessions in **Logical Reasoning**, **Quantitative Aptitude**, and **Analytical Thinking**.

Develop engaging content and practice modules tailored for campus placement preparation.

Use **gamified learning approaches** and strategy-based problem-solving to make sessions interactive.

Prepare students for corporate aptitude tests, competitive exams, and logical assessment.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conducting aptitude and reasoning training.

Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and puzzle-solving methods.

Familiarity with campus recruitment patterns and corporate assessment formats.

Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.

Passionate about mentoring and skill-building.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience with **campus recruitment training**, **CAT/GRE/SSC preparation**, or similar.

Knowledge of gamified teaching tools and experiential learning techniques (a plus).
