**Position Title**: Maths and Aptitude Teacher
**Location**: Hazartganj
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach mathematics, logical reasoning, and visual reasoning topics tailored to competitive exam patterns (e.g., CAT, GMAT, SSC, UPSC, banking, etc.).
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and mock tests that align with exam requirements.
- Simplify complex concepts to make them engaging and comprehensible for students.
- **Student Support**:

- Conduct regular assessments to track students’ progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized attention to students requiring additional help.
- Encourage problem-solving and analytical thinking through classroom interactions and assignments.
- **Content Development**:

- Create or update high-quality content for study materials, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
- **Mentoring**:

- Motivate and guide students to develop a strong mindset for solving aptitude-related challenges.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer tips for time management during exams.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in mathematics and aptitude for competitive exams.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and visual reasoning concepts.
- Proficiency in breaking down problems for step-by-step learning.
- Familiarity with current competitive exam trends and patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technological proficiency in using online teaching tools, if required.**Preferred Skills (Optional)**
- Knowledge of Vedic Maths or shortcut techniques for faster calculations.
- Experience teaching through online platforms or recorded lectures.
- High success rate of students excelling in competitive exams under your guidance.
