**Job Description: -**
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers & users.
- Responsible for effectively handling the existing customer enquiries and developing new business.
- Responsible for calling to the existing customers.
- Must be proficient in handling customer issues.
- Must have a customer centric approach.
- Responsible for generating sales and initiating AMC/CMC.
- Liaison & communicate with existing customers regarding the service issue or any other concern related to the product.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.
- Conversation with customers regarding any issue or concern.
- Provide feedback to the Team Leader.

**Skillsets Required: -**
- Eye for detail to understand customer query and to pitch new products as per his needs.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
