Content Editor for Training Remote Teams

Zenius builds talented remote teams for businesses worldwide. As a trainer, you will facilitate training and upskilling for employees in various roles. You'll also create and update comprehensive training materials.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research, develop and write engaging eLearning courses.
- Document processes and best practices.
- Update and improve the docs and training materials.
- Support new employees during onboarding and training.
- Facilitate group discussions and training sessions.
- Manage the company's LMS.
- Stay updated on tools, training methods and industry trends.
- Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
**Requirements**:
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex ideas and new tools.
- Great written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience in training and managing team.
- Experience in creating SOPs, manuals or courses.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
