As a **3D Motion Designer**, you’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into visually striking animations and 3D motion graphics. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make a significant impact on both our brand and our clients’ projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate compelling 3D motion graphics and visual effects.
- Create high-quality 3D animations for advertisements, product demos, and social content.
- Develop storyboards and conceptual designs to effectively communicate ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to deliver engaging content.
- Optimize 3D assets for various platforms while maintaining design integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new software, and techniques to enhance workflow and creativity.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a **3D Motion Designer** (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in **Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software**.
- Strong expertise in **Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles, timing, and composition.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new tools, techniques, and creative avenues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your **3D motion design work**.
