About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion/Video Editor with over 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a digital agency environment. The ideal candidate should excel in storytelling through video, motion graphics, and visual effects, and be well-versed with both creative and AI-powered editing tools to deliver engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to bring briefs and concepts to life.
  • Edit raw footage, integrate sound design, voiceovers, and visual effects for polished output.
  • Develop and integrate motion graphics, typography, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including color correction, rendering, and delivery.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven tools to improve editing efficiency, creativity, and voiceovers.
  • Stay updated with emerging industry trends, AI tools, and creative best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally in a digital agency.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (All Apps) – Photoshop (PS), After Effects (AE), Illustrator (AI), Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.

Strong knowledge of AI and digital creative tools, including:

  • ChatGPT / Google NotebookLM / Gemini for content & creative ideation
  • Envato, Freepik, Canva for assets & templates
  • 11Labs for Voiceover (VO)
  • Kling AI for advanced video generation
  • Notion for workflow and project management
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D animation, compositing, and VFX (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific video formats (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, OTT, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a strong eye for design, timing, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with AR/VR, interactive content, or advanced 3D motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of video production (shooting, lighting, sound).
  • Understanding of performance-driven creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹55,000.00 per month
