**Job Summary**: An E-Learning Project & Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role as it contributes to the smooth functioning of awareness activities across the assigned territory towards the approach of presenting the E-learning videos.
Key Responsibilities:
**Marketing Calendar Administration**:
- Coordinate the overall marketing calendar, deadlines, and schedules and coordinate with the team to ensure timely visits and completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate the on-ground team’s timetable to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of tasks or projects, as per the area of requirement.
- To identify the gap in schools in terms of infrastructure and technology.
- To conduct feasibility study on E- learning projects which will be followed by identifying schools.
**Budget Administration**:
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets, including event-specific budgets and travel expenditure.
**Document and Data Management**:
- Organize and maintain marketing documents, reports, and database.
- Manage, archive, and organize marketing material on the company shared folder and to keep a record of all assets and reconcile with respective departments such as IT, HR, Finance etc. in case of any disturbance.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- To Visit schools and to identify prospective schools across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu ( all over south India )
- To give presentation on accessible learning content videos
- To collaborate & signing up MOU with the schools
**Reports**:
- Collate and generate reports on marketing activities, post-visit status of the team and self as per the budget allocation.
- Provide data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members as well as other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and ensure KPIs are met.
- Act as a liaison between the senior leadership and the on-ground assets and facilitate communication,
- Coordinate meetings and ensure that information flows smoothly across the organization.
**Project Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate with the team members to ensure all requirements such as software, gadgets etc. are available.
- Follow & adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
