**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Promotion**: Represent Digital Soul at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to build brand presence and awareness in the local market.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with potential clients, identify marketing needs, and provide information on the company’s services, driving customer interest.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through on-the-ground interactions and generate leads for the sales team.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitor analysis and gather market insights to support the company’s strategy for business development.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing marketing events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Maintain records of daily activities, field visits, and feedback. Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and field activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align field marketing efforts with online campaigns.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from potential clients to improve services and address customer needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the designated area.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
