Develop marketing strategies for various channels of marketing including but not limited to social media marketing, influencer marketing, trade shows, print and media marketing, performance marketing and retail channels.
- Build, Lead and oversee a cross-functional team to drive high-impact marketing and branding initiatives focused on measurable outcomes.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
- Demonstrate expertise in brand creation, brand positioning and communications to build strong market presence and brand identity.
- Develop clear and compelling value propositions for the product portfolio to differentiate offerings in the competitive market.
- Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Track, analyse and report macro trends, market insights, market share and other critical business parameters including competition movement
- Capture customer needs, feedback, execute market research assignments internally as well as with external agencies.
- Work closely with teams including Digital marketing, Research, Procurement, Operations to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives, supporting product commercialization in key markets.
- Prepare presentations & MIS update as necessary

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
