We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Placement Coordinator** to manage and oversee the placement activities for students enrolled in skill development programs like **KYP (Kushal Yuva Program)** and **DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)**. The role involves maintaining a strong placement record, fostering relationships with industry partners, and ensuring students are well-prepared for the job market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Skill Development Program Management**:

- Coordinate and manage placement activities for students enrolled in skill development programs like KYP (Kushal Yuva Program) and DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana).
- Ensure seamless alignment of placement activities with program objectives.
- **Placement Records and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date placement records for all students.
- Regularly track and analyze placement outcomes and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Identify trends and insights to improve placement success rates.
- **Industry Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with a wide network of companies to facilitate student placements.
- Engage with employers to understand their hiring needs and align student skillsets accordingly.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
- **Student Readiness**:

- Conduct pre-placement training sessions, including resume building, interview skills, and soft skill development.
- Ensure students are prepared to meet industry expectations and requirements.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all placement-related activities and documentation comply with program guidelines and requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing placements for skill development programs, particularly KYP and DDU-GKY.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high placement rates for students.
- Strong network of corporate relationships and partnerships for recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
