**Job Tittle** - **Process Expert - Hire to Retire**

**Change the future with us**:

- Manage EIB loads in Workday for hire to retire business processes (including Absence)
- Understand Workday business process configurations and perform EIB loads as per configuration workbooks
- Manage the workday EIB loads volume on a ticket management system
- Interact with requestors across different regions i.e. ASEAN, ANZ, MEA, Korea and including India
- Perform testing of new EIB templates in Sandbox

**We don’t need superheroes, just super minds**
- 2~3 years hands on experience in Workday EIB (must have)
- Analyze & understand the inbound/ outbound integrations to Workday
- Good MS Excel knowledge (must have)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Must have an eye for detail
- Must posses ownership culture
- Should have a process excellence mindset
