**Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive position within an organization responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities. The CFO plays a critical role in the financial health and strategic planning of the company, providing guidance, analysis, and insights to support decision-making at the highest level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the board of directors on financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management, shareholders, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies. Assess and monitor financial performance indicators, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement cash flow strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital management. Monitor cash flow projections, analyze variances, and take proactive measures to optimize cash utilization and minimize financial risk.

Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop financial plans that align with strategic objectives. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insightful recommendations to support cost optimization and resource allocation.

Financing and Capital Structure: Assess the organization's capital needs and develop strategies to raise funds, including debt and equity financing. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations to ensure the company's adherence and provide guidance on potential impact.

Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to finance team members.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in financial risk management and cash flow optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to transparency.

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
