**Job Description: Finance Manager**

**Position**: Finance Manager
**Reporting to**: Director
**Team Management**: Responsible for leading a team of 3 finance professionals

**Purpose of Role**:
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health, sustainability, and profitability of the business. This position involves strategic financial planning, rigorous financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, internal and external auditing coordination and bank relations, and insurance management. The Finance Manager will also spearhead efficiency improvements through digitization, automation, best practices implementation, and continuous process enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage financial controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against budgets, and provide insightful variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts and optimize cash management practices.
- Coordinate internal audits and address audit findings effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring seamless audit processes and timely resolution of any issues.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal project financing terms and services.
- Oversee project insurance processes, ensuring adequate coverage and managing claims efficiently.
- Advise and support the Director with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for maintaining sustainable profitability.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and automation to enhance operational efficiency within the finance department.
- Promote best practices across financial processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Compile and present financial reports to management for evaluation and strategic analysis

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and cash management.
- Experience managing relationships with auditors, banks, and insurance providers.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Pay: ₹34,332.57 - ₹121,591.06 per month
