Owleto retail is an emerging omnichannel retail enterprise specializing in home & kitchen accessories, stationery, beauty & personal care, health & fitness, and newborn items. We are gearing up to launch 20+ outlets across Kerala, blending the best of online and offline retail experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Oversee the opening and management of 20+ retail outlets across Kerala.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive brand positioning and marketing efforts, including collaboration with celebrity ambassadors.
- Ensure operational efficiency, from supply chain management to in-store operations.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience in scaling retail businesses and managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
