**Job Title**: Branch Compliance Executive (CS Trainee)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain compliance records, filings, and reports.
- **Audit & Reporting**:

- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports.
- Identify and rectify compliance gaps in branch operations.
- Use **Excel for data analysis, reporting, and MIS tracking.**:

- **Legal & Corporate Governance**:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and support implementation.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor and report potential risks affecting branch operations.
- Support in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- **Coordination & Training**:

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth compliance execution.
- Educate employees on regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: CS Trainee (Pursuing or completed CS Executive).
- **Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of corporate laws, compliance procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Reporting).**:

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
