**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote and sell financial products and services (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Assist with account opening, KYC compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Branch Support**:

- Work closely with branch staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns organized by the branch.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role (preferred).
- Freshers with a passion for customer service and sales are also welcome.
